Definition
Robotics is an area where disciplines such as electronics, mechanical engineering, and computer programming come together to facilitate the development of automatically guided machines that are able to do assigned tasks on their own.
Features
Teachers can use a variety of robot platforms and kits to help students to become engaged in hands-on science, technology, engineering, and mathematics topics. Students can build robots to do different tasks as well as to investigate and learn how robots represent mathematical relationships and systems within their structure, programming and movement.
